The City of Winters has always appreciated your help with all the community events. They wouldn't happen without you. If you're available, we could use your help again at the annual Holiday Tree Lighting and Tractor Parade.
WHO IS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT IN 2026?
As I am sure everyone knows, this is a Non-Profit Community Event. It has grown tremendously since its inception by a few amazing local residents and volunteers in 2015. Over the years, it has been, and remains, a volunteer-driven Event. As it has expanded, it has needed more annual help. This year, West Construction, LLC to help manage the logistics and add more activities, while keeping the historical and community elements that have made this Event a local favorite.
